Digital Home Plan:  This plan is designed for customers who want 1-4 televisions installed.  The Digital Home Plan offers in-home service for the first year through StarView Communications (Some restrictions apply.)  After the first year, additional in home service is available thru DISH Network for an additional $4.99/month.  This service is a lease, after you disconnected your service, DISH Network will send you boxes to return the equipment.  This service requires a 1 year commitment through StarView Communications.  The prices below are for 2 televisions with Colorado Springs locals.   Phone line connected to each dual tuner receiver is required.
A credit card and Social Security Number is required to obtain service.  This requirement is from DISH Network and can not be waived.

Wind damage, and resulting dish movement, is also included. but not physical damage such as a broken Dish or LNB.
Replacement receivers may be remanufactured equipment.  Dish Network will send a new receiver to you.  There may be a shipping fee of $14.95.  If you require help with the swap of your unit, StarView will provide that service at no charge.

Damage due to customer involvement
Damage due to animals
Damage from liquid entering satellite receiver or Remote Control
Help with the installation of VCR, stereo or other electronic equipment
Connectors being pulled off or removed
Lightning or power surge damage
