Memorial Health System, Colorado Springs original hospital system, consulted with StarView  Communications to take over the operation of their cable television service. Installing new equipment, checking and adjusting the entire cables system, StarView was able to complete the repairs in just a few weeks.

Hired a large scale communications company to rewire and install a complete
cable television system for their hospital located in Greely Colorado. 
After almost one year of work, the system DID NOT WORK!

StarView Communications was called to repair an satellite cable system installed at Banner Health Medical Center located in Greeley Colorado. Another company spent almost a year installing the system, however, at the end of the installation period, the system basically did not work. Satellite receivers would not stay active and very low signal level behind each television.  The system was also not designed OR built to channel 117 as specified by the installation contract.

Banner Health then hired StarView Communications LLC to corrected ALL these issues and more to assure the system is properly working and with little or no downtime. Most of the work was completed between the hours of 10:30pm and 7am as not to disturb the patients.   Patient Satisfaction is number one with Banner Health!

The following issues were found and repaired:

Installed two 24 inch satellite dishes

Hired a design consultant to design the cable system for the over 1 million square foot hospital.  Required the installation of over 14 Blonder Tongue BIDA  amplifiers.

Installed TONOR Total Taps to insure plenty of ports available for future use.

Installed 12 channels of music for patients as well as music on hold and background music in public areas such as dining and waiting areas.

Penrad Imaging:

StarView Communications installed a complete cable television system at the
Audubon Surgery Center  located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This center is     home to many smaller business including Penrad Imaging, which offers services     such as CT scans and ultrasound scans. These ultrasounds can be view by         watching the procedure on a 20-inch commercial television, installed by StarView Communications. Besides the ultrasound rooms, StarView Communications installed     a complete cable television system throughout the entire facility to         include background music, music on-hold, and televisions in the 23-hour stay rooms.                      

Some highlights of this system include:

• Background audio using JBL CT 25 ceiling speakers
• Audio amplifier using TOA 900 Series amplifiers. This amplifier services the entire facility.
• Audio programming through Dish Network.  The cost for this service is only $34.99 for over 30 commercial-free channels with no talking, and includes all ASCAP fees, or choose XM radio with over 100 channels for $29.95/month.  XM Radio, however, does have talking, but no commercials.
• Commercial quality televisions by RCA. (NO longer available.)  Now installing all Flat Screen Televisions by Sharp.

Southeast Colorado Hospital:
