This is Dish Networks basic One Television receiver.  This unit comes with one IR remote.

This receiver will allow two viewers to watch two different shows at the same time. 

This receiver is located next to one television and is viewed on channel 3, while the other television is view on a channel located between
channel 21 and 69. (Your installer will choose which is right for you.) Using a high power UHF remote control, the signal easily passes thru wall

(Personal Video Recorder) with 100 hours of recording time. Pause, rewind live 2 televisions at the same time!  Requires a phone line plugged in at

Wind damage, and resulting dish movement, is also included. but not physical damage such as a broken Dish or LNB.
Replacement receivers may be remanufactured equipment.  Dish Network will send a new receiver to you.  There may be a shipping fee of $14.95.  If you require help with the swap of your unit, StarView will help at no charge for this service.

Damage due to customer involvement
Damage due to animals
Damage from liquid entering satellite receiver or Remote Control
Help with the installation of VCR, stereo or other electronic equipment
Connectors being pulled off or removed
Lightning or power surge damage
